| I really like the site Lee and also the whole concept of how your running your club. Seems all you want to do is teach people the right way and show them that maybe violence isn't the answer but also that they send a msg. they are not door mats either. Restraint and defence come second to empathy and clear understanding of others. Your certainly not teaching bullying in way and far from doing this for self gain. Good honest decent people x |

Good to hear of your cross-country running  , I love cross-country cycling  . I wouldn't call it 'mountain biking' as we have a lack of mountains in Dorset (UK)  . Lovely country side and beaches though  .

A big thank you to the IT guy @ works help. He's put some java on here so it doesn't open in a frame. It now opens as the .org site making the captcha work properly.
...The sad news is I inadvertently wiped the guest book! 
...but thankfully, the Enix team restored it.
